The Joys of Parenting

I love being a parent. There are definitely some parts that I wish never happened, but the good things definitely outweigh the bad. Let me give an example.

So I'm sitting here surfing the net, visiting blogs, facebook, etc, and I hear my little girl start making noise. She had gone down for a nap on the way home from church and was sound asleep in her car seat in her bedroom. So I pick her up and go to change her diaper. It was only wet, so it wasn't that bad, but as I pick up her legs to wipe her clean... toot!
But then after I finish changing her diaper, I lift her up high, and she looks at me and gives me the huge "I LOVE YOU" smile that she selectively does so well. She's sitting on my lap right now, playing with the mouse and trying to type on the keyboard. Watch, I'll let her play for a minute.
